Ms. Cline was warm, thoughtful, understanding, and kind. It was quite easy to communicate with her. For about half of the 30-minute session, I said very little and she told me things about my life that only those in my inner circle know. They were all spot on. She described scenarios in her advice about how I should manage a particular challenge I’m facing at the moment; however, the advice echoes what I have done in the past word-for-word. Staff is certainly not overly friendly so don’t rely on whoever is sitting at the desk to be of much assistance, but if you know what you’re looking for or just want to browse, their selection is pretty decent. Pretty affordable. Location isn’t great but it is where it is.
