Jenna definitely stands out. She’s got a friendly counselor vibe–no freaky psychic stuff–but indeed with great intuition. This makes for a fresh experience. She’s also very funny, but non-frivolous, which is important. I found myself laughing as she read the cards and bluntly gave me the truth I needed to hear, like a good friend. She’s also empathetic, which I think many people will appreciate.She was very accurate, as other yelpers have stated. I like how she goes about her tarot session–I asked 3 questions during our 1 hour, and for each question was a separate laying out of cards. I feel this helps get into the more nitty gritty, vs. a general tarot reading.Normally when I leave a good reading, I feel weird and exposed, but instead after Jenna, I felt at ease. Like I had a comfortable session with a counselor, helping me figure out my life and offering helpful advice. This may or may not be what you want, but she is legit. And a free recording to boot, is super helpful, ‘cuz how many times have you gone to a reading just to forget the important details?She also runs a fair business–we finished early with enough time for one more question, but since I had none, she noted that I could email her with a question in the future for a quick tarot, instead of forcing me to come up with another question on the spot to get my money’s worth.Queen of Wands is definitely not cheap and a bit far from me, so I may or may not return. I intend to check out a couple more psychics around Philly and decide who I click most with. I will update, as well, if one of the predictions comes true from this session.

Jenna is fantastic. I sought her out for a reading after 7+ years from our first in-office appointment. She has since relocated, but a zoom reading did not impact the quality of the session at all. I could not possibly be more satisfied with the work that she does and I would recommend her to anybody. I just had my first reading with Jenna. It was amazing. I did the distance Kit n Caboodle and it was perfect. Jenna is so down to earth, I felt like I was talking to one of my friends. She gave such a thorough reading and explained what every card meant and how it related to me, and my situation perfectly. She also gave me great advice, it wasn’t what I wanted to hear, it was what I NEEDED to hear. She was right on point with what she had to say and the advice she gave for my future. She has such a great heart. This is NOT the type of reading you will get on the boardwalk down the shore, or on South Street. This was a real, thorough reading. It may be a little pricey, but definitely worth it. If you are looking for someone to tell you when you will get married or how many children you will have, then this is not for you. It isn’t as much of a “psychic” reading, but more of her pulling the cards and what the cards tell about your past, present, and futuwill definitely be booking another reading with Jenna in the future!

I went to see Jenna over a year ago and thought her reading was good. I am giving her one star today, not because of her reading abilities, but because she gave my friend a hard time after she had to cancel due to her mothers sudden passing. Things come up, and I understand time is money, but when i heard this it left me very cold. There are better readers out there who treat people better.

I have had several readings from Jenna over the last couple of years. I have had them both in person, and most recently over Google hangouts. I will say that I was anxious about a distance reading, it’s not something that I’ve done before. I thought that maybe because of the distance I would not feel her presence like I do in person, but that was not the case. We were both connected and fully involved in the reading.I enjoy readings with Jenna because she offers practical tarot. It’s not a “lets go in blindly and see how much information Jenna can accurately guess about me using tarot” kind of experience. The reading is “here are my circumstances Jenna, how can we use tarot to contextualize these experiences so I may navigate myself through my circumstances?”. That’s not to say that Jenna doesn’t have the oOo0o ahHhHhHh sensation, because she does. She accurately predicted an unexpected job offer would come my way, and accurately predicted the time frame it would happen. I felt like I was in the Twilight Zone when the offer popped up. I love Jenna’s energy and am grateful to have had these readings together because they help me navigate through this crazy world we live in.

All of the previous reviews do not lie. Jenna’s reading are incredible!Jenna made me feel welcome as soon as I walked into her office. The atmosphere was comfortable and cozy and I immediately felt like I was sitting with a long lost friend. I was blown away by how accurate my reading was and I found myself asking myself “How does she know me so well?” through out the session. I appreciated the fact that Jenna was very honest with me and took the time out to explain to me what the cards were showing in great detail. Jenna records all sessions and emails them to clients following each session, which is an added bonus to the reading process.. I was also grateful that Jenna took the time out to respond to an email that I sent her a few days after our session when I needed some additional support. Such a cute shop! I love that they have a robust selection of books in addition to crystals, smudge tools, tarot, jewelry, candles, and more! I popped in for a few minutes before a class I was taking nearby and I could have spent a lot more time there!The clerk was very friendly, telling me about sales and such. Overheard the owners discussing how there’s no such thing as cultural appropriation. Personal dealings with them left the impression that they are rude at the very least with some very bad vibes. They also never took safety precations for the pandemic.. not even at its height… I will never go back.

I drove pretty far to visit MagikCraft based on raving reviews from coworkers. I will say that the employees are all very friendly and helpful. They love their jobs and are proud to support other local businesses as well. There’s so much to see in this shop; it’s a bit tight, crowded, and overwhelming. However, I found some nice polished crystals and a spirit bear to add to my altar. I like this shop a lot because there’s no bad energy here and there’s so much to look at. From tumbled crystals to a large selection of tarot decks all the way to CBD products and honey jars, there’s something for everyone. I didn’t really like hearing an employee say that they cast a spell on the shop to boost sales, that felt icky. The other reason for not giving 5 stars is because this shop is very pricey. There’s raw crystals that are 3-4x the price of other competitors. I know stores need to make profit but it was unreasonably high. I’m glad I visited this shop but I definitely don’t think it’s worth the long drive.

I’m going to acknowledge both Justin and Julie in this review. I went in looking for a particular crystal and got far more than I expected with Justin! He spent time helping me find additional items and offered amazing advice!Two separate times, I’ve interacted with Julie and she helped me pick out some great reading material and is always open for rich conversation! She is also extremely knowledgeable!For the sake of adding some balance, I won’t mention the third amazing person by name but he knows who he is! I have been to both stores a number of times. I was always greeted upon entering through the door. Lynn, Tom & Justen have been very helpful in assisting me in the store. They have a little bit of everything here. I was just there the other day and they have a new shipment of clothes and Happy Drums. If you are looking for something magical and mystical, maybe a gift or something for your nature. This is the place to come. They also have a store on 70. Friendly people in magical places.

A very lovely and enlightening shop! I have only visited this store a few times but each time I go I feel better than when I arrived. Shelly and Lynn (the owner) are so very insightful and helpful! My SIL purchased a reading with Lynn for my birthday gift and I would have to say I am super impressed on how wonderful my reading was. It’s been over 10 years since I’ve had a reading done from anyone, but I truly believe Lynn is the real deal! She is so sweet, honest, and absolutely positive! She is not a faker/scammer like some. I reached a crossroads and really felt like I needed some higher level insight and guidance at this time in my life. My first experience with a medium was with The Black Feather Intuitive, Stacey. I approached the session with a bit of skepticism, but remained open minded since I do believe we all have our own “Divine Dream Team”, however, I don’t believe that all intuitives are gifted with the ability to bridge the gap between our worlds. Throughout my session, Stacey identified some of the issues (with eerie accuracy) that are currently holding me back and she offered encouragement and practical solutions to help move me forward. I was searching for something unrelated to readings and I stumbled upon Stacey’s website. I definitely was not looking for a reading, however, something drew me to book a 30-minute session after a week or so after finding her. The only thing I told her before we began was that I was going through a transition and left it at that. I was blown away by what she told me. She was spot on with everything – what the transition was, how I was dealing with it, and how others perceived it – and gave me solid advice on the next steps. On top of the accuracy, Stacey has a very kind and welcoming spirit and our session felt like I was talking to an old friend. I highly recommend giving her a chance. Great experience. The first time I came in was for a particular type of stone (in this case, black tourmaline). I was struck by the more than ample available selection. I have been back on several occasions since, having picked up a singing bowl and a really cool heart-shaped stone that reveals its secret under ultra-violet light. I like it as a reminder as to what lies beneath the surface of things and that sometimes, changing light frequency can reveal the beauty that was previously hidden. But a review wouldn’t be complete without mentioning the staff; helpful, attentive, and courteous. They didn’t try to sell me on anything, but rather they listened to what I was saying and lead me to areas of the store that they thought would provide what I asked for. But in the end, I was the one who found the exact item(s) I wanted. Months later, I am as happy if not happier with the purchases I have made. I look forward to going back.

On multiple occasions I’ve tried to really love this store. They are snotty, rude and pretentious. I have NO idea WHY because I’m the Dr., and they, are uneducated salesgirls! They have lost many customers due to their attitudes! They previously played uplifting spiritual music, but on my last several trips played very negative, low centered Rap.. the antithesis of spirituality with lyrics promoting the abuse of females and police officers! Not returning!

I went in looking for some incense and I came out with a large purchase of books, crystals, incense, and candles! I really loved how the store is so open and easy to navigate through each section. It’s divided into jewelry and crystals/stones at the front, then materials like incense, sage, and palo santo, the book section, then herbs/tinctures/candles…unlike a lot of similar stores I’ve been to, the space is large enough that you can meander and ponder your purchases in peace. I loved the depth and breadth of books available. In many sections, there a little signs explaining the significance, meaning, and use of the items in the store. The people working there are really helpful and encouraging to “beginners” who may not be first exploring their spirituality or practices. I think the pricing is reasonable for being one of the biggest stores around. The candles were $2.75, the crystals and gemstones ranged by size and rarity, and the incense is very affordable ($2-4) – so if you are budget conscious, there are still options. However, there are some big-ticket items like the singing bowls ($90), large crystals, jewelry, etc.Even if you don’t consider yourself witchy/New Age/magickal, it’s worth stopping in to see all the interesting things they have to offer. The reason why this is not 5 stars: I wish they would have more info and signs up discussing the cultural appreciation required for using materials like sage and palo santo. These are culturally significant practices to indigenous communities that require dedication and a deeper understanding – and not something that white people should just pick up without intention. I would like to share a gentle “call in” for Dancing Moon to better engage with how they present practices from indigenous communities to mitigate cultural appropriation. I don’t write reviews too often but I absolutely love this shop, it’s like I can’t get enough! Every time I come in I wish I had more money just because I can’t resist from wanting more lol. The range of different crystals, books, the handmade items as well as journals, feathers ect the refreshing happy atmosphere, I always have a good experience and the employee’s are always so nice and kind to me when I ask questions. I definitely recommend this shop to anyone who’s interested in metaphysical shops, crystals, wiccan information, witchcraft and more. I always feel any reminiscing bad mood of mine melting away as I enter I hope to visit many more times in the future! I will say I haven’t yet tried to do any sessions I mostly come in on a whim to browse and usually walkout out with a few goodies.If you do have any worries about parking there’s a scannable code in the store to permit free parking for a short while and you also have no need to worry about it unless it’s past a certain time, please give it a try and have a gander I hope you have a great time I’ll ask next time if I’m allowed to take and upload any pictures inside the store since I don’t know the policy on that yet and don’t wish to be rude but I’ll definitely update if needed or can!

Amazing atmosphere! Super peaceful and serene! This spot was recommended to me by a friend and I am in love! So much to see, so many hidden gems and pockets. Parking. It’s all about the parking and them requiring you give up your smart phone or install a data thieving app on it to park in their parking lot. it’s a pay lot now – free for customers except for validating your tag and phone with their data thieves. As though anyone except customers have any reason to park there since there’s nothing else there next to the lot. A thinly veiled attempt to invade your privacy and steal every piece of data from your phone they can get their hand on. It used to be a good store. Now they’ve gone into the data stealing business

Went in for a set of singing bowls. Should have done my research on the pricing before buying a set of 7 for 300.00 with tax ! They are all over the web from 100- 170 for a full set with cushions and 1 mallet per bowl even found a few sets with carrying cases also I only received two mallets after having to return from my car having not been given any at all after being told I would be getting more than a few w my purchase. Didn’t come with any cushions either. I understand making a profit but there is no reason to overprice these, they aren’t anything seemingly fancy Bummed Out

You would think the person with the most credibility would do the best… Deborah FoulkesI paid for a two hour session and for the majority of that session she spoke about her self and her history and her travels to England & the books she wrote. She couldn’t pick up on someone in my life who recently passed within the past two months. When I showed her a picture of him she thought he was a girl and said “oh yes your sister” uhh no. I would say that the store is great, I would recommend seeing some of the other people that work there that have better reviews, I couldn’t find any reviews on Deborah but here’s her first.. I had previously emailed Sherry Lassiter, I wish I would have saw her because she had really good reviews

New Age knickknacks and stuff. Books, incense, scented candles, crystals. You get the idea. It’s easy enough to find, right off the main road. The ladies who run the place are very kind and knowledgeable. It’s always a good experience when I visit the shop.My only purchases are always the handmade soaps. They source them from a private developer, whose name I forgot. But she makes AMAZING soaps! My favorites are the sandalwood and the “woodsman.” If this stuff is your thing, look no further. It’s a great business.

Kathy was the best psychic I ever encountered. In the past psychics weren’t as accurate as she was, and the people I wanted to come through, never popped up during any of the conversations.My husband passed a month ago. I took my friend to see Philip for her birthday and we both had a great experience. He is responsive and great with the scheduling and his home office was very nice. We did not feel like we were in someone’s home. He was also great to work with me inside of my budget range. It was my friends first reading and my second, and we both found his readings insightful and accurate. We had a really fun time, and liked Philip’s demeanor, professionalism, and how relatable he was. He gave us tons of good insights, and lots to think about as we are both in times of transition, And he helped guide us. We will certainly be back to see him!

I have been working with Philip since 2006. Each time I work with him I’m always amazed by his talent to dig into the depths of one’s astrology chart with such specifics and clarity. I read with him again recently and was astounded how much truth there is to what he says about where I am currently (based on how the stars have aligned) and what will happen as things continue to fall into place. I know very little about astrology and am truly baffled by the expert knowledge he has and how easily the information flows for him. I am impressed!!! My first reading with him 6 -7 years ago gave me a lot of insight as to where I’d be today. At the time I did not know how to take his insights, so I took them at face value. Little did I know that just about everything he said came to fruition, and this last visit I was able to hear what he had to say with much more of an open mind knowing he TRULY is in tune and can help us stay on our best path ahead (if we choose to hear what he says).I have done tarot readings with him too, and I was able to walk away from the reading laughing – at myself – because I am in awe of the accuracy of the cards that come up right in front of my own eyes. I’ve known Phillip for many years socially, but started going to him for astrology charts when I was at a crossroads in my life. I needed some information to gauge where I was and where I was going. Counseling didn’t seem appropriate or necessary at the time and I wasn’t sure what to do or where to go to manage the changes in my life.I like to call Phillip: The Thinking Man’s Astrologer. I’m an intellectual and an unlikely person to seek out astrology. Unless you understand how much goes into astrology, it can seem pretty woo-woo at first. However, after you have one chart done, you realize that there is something much deeper than you can see or imagine. It is wonderfully helpful to have a chart done and cut right to the chase of understanding why you have a certain challenge or why you are good at something else. With the proper chart, you can get insights which allow you to make quick decisions with clarity and confidence. Phillip is an exceptionally good teacher and very direct in his advice. Consequently, his readings are very economical when you think about the cost of the time you may spend figuring things out on your own.I’ve had many different charts done by Phillip but one of the most beneficial has been the Synastry Chart. That’s a chart that compares your chart to someone else you know. The person might be a romantic connection or a business partner. You can see where each others strengths and weaknesses are. Several years ago, Phillip did a Synastry chart for me and someone that I was considering partnering with. We decided not to pursue a partnership at the time based on my understanding of the chart. Over the past few years, we tossed ideas back and forth about working together. This past year, we teamed up on a business venture that is working out very well. It’s a project that takes advantage of both of our strengths and skills. We both probably would have been very disappointed if we teamed up on earlier projects. Knowing the pitfalls of working with someone (mine and hers!) was hugely beneficial to me. It takes a long time to learn those things on your own. Especially when you have money on the line, those relationships can get pretty emotionally charged. Who needs that?I’d highly recommend a reading with Phillip and go with his suggestion about what reading would benefit you most. I contacted Phillip and he briefly explained some challenging lines on my chart going through Denver. I went on the trip but stayed very mindful and present the whole time. At one point, I almost drove in front of a light rail train, even though I looked to my right to see if a train was coming. That experience was very illuminating in terms of what astrology can do for you. There is a little known area of astrology called Astrocartography which can help you be more successful by knowing the areas of the country (or world) in which you have a predisposition to thrive. Likewise, you can discover places that are a challenge, where you need to stay mindful and focused on whatever goal you’re wanting to accomplish.

Before I met Philip, my only exposure to Astrology was looking at the Aries description in the Sunday paper and trying to decide if it sounded anything like me. A friend of mine suggested that I contact Philip and I was a bit skeptical – mostly because I had no idea what Astrology could really tell me – especially using only 3 pieces of information – the date, time, and location of my birth. I actually met Philip for the first time at the Body Mind Spirit Expo, where he did a Tarot reading for me that was so accurate I was astounded. I knew then that he was the real deal and contacted him the following week about an Astrology reading.I am blessed to live close enough to Philip that I could do the reading in person. I can only say that the things he told me absolutely blew me away!! The first reading he did for me was an In-depth Birth Chart. Philip and I have been good friends and partners since 2003. He will tell you he is not intuitive and that might be true, but there have been so many times when he knows exactly what to say that it makes you wonder if he can read minds. I have been struggling through a difficult family situation for the last 6 months, unable to come to a satisfying resolution, so when I learned that Philip can not only do one’s personal chart, but he can also provide information on relationships, I felt drawn to seek his expertise. The session was above and beyond anything I expected to get from it. I emailed Philip the major “players” in the matter with their astrological information and their relationship to me; from the start with his very first sentence about one family member’s thinking that initiated the whole mess, he gave me instant clarity and insight into the chaotic domino effect that ensued.He continued with more information, knowledge, and insight into the various relationships, and when I told him I kept trying to resolve the tension between various persons and was frustrated and sad that I was not able to, he shared that based on the persons’ charts plus social etiquette, it was no surprise that I could not. So for $75 I received a 10min general phone reading. It was accurate but very basic and the offer of a cleansing for $150. Lol I am disappointed because when I checked the reviews I became excited. I was Amazed by the accuracy of my session with Millie she was so on point with my life I couldn’t believe it she told me about things from my past that oneone could ever know, and as for my future she was absolutely correct about everything I have the love of my life now and we met in the place she predicted we would meet she even told me that I was going to come into a lump sum of money in the month of july and I have. I highly recommend going to see this Psychic.

She is 100%, or I would say lot more than 100% accurate. She told me so many things about my past, present and future without even knowing my name and I know those are true. She is an excellent guide and a very caring person.

Not a a good experience at all. i am all about giving a great review when well deserved but i just did not experience that with psychic millie. She got nothing right. I was kind of hoping she would tell me something useful about my life path but boy was she wrong. She even started fishing for details when i didnt proactively offer any information. I thought that is what she was for.. to tell me my future and not the other way around. I wish her the best of luck in her life journey but I do think that honesty goes a long way and its not right for people like her to take your hard earned money and “guess” at what your situation is the entire time of your session.

As visitors from out of state we looked up the Holy Rose before going there. We were highly impressed. I went with my daughter (who is into this magical world) and were welcomed by an employee who told us to ask any questions we had. The staff was helpful and kind and the store was beautifully adorned. We ended up buying crystals, books, candles, a tarot deck and jewelry. I highly recommend The Holy Rose!!! Thank you for a wonderful experience.

The people leaving bad reviews on this store feel like they’re entitled to do whatever they want and get their feet kissed. Don’t pay attention to them, seriously. If you’re serious about crystals and ceremonial supplies, this is a good option. Their prices are fair, the staff are very respectful and friendly, and they have an excellent selection. They are happy to help and answer questions and you can tell they are excited about this stuff!Remember, you get the energy you give. Respect their policies or simply go somewhere else.

I really enjoyed visiting this store in these covid times. They limit the amount of people in the store at one time. And they ensure that each person entering the store has on a mask. They also greet you at the door with sanitizer and a masked smile.My main purpose for going was to pick up a few crystals and they have a great selection of those. There are also candles, books, jewelry and other things along those lines. The workers were friendly and very helpful both times I’ve visited. I have no doubt I’ll return.

LOVE this store! They provide spiritual and a little “not so spiritual” items. The jewelry is awesome and the vibes are uplifting! The store smells enchanting! They are soooooo much more pleasant, helpful, intelligent and informed than Dancing Moon! A great place to go!

I came here over the weekend on my vacation and was treated terribly by the rude staff. Followed, sneered at, and I asked a question about a few crystals and the response was so cold and weird I decided to walk out. I should have read the reviews beforehand because it checks out with the other bad reviews that this isn’t a one off experience. Decided to go to Dancing Moon instead. Avoid this place, it didn’t even feel good when I went in there.

My sister and I came in just to look because the inside looks so cool. They’re super strict on COVID rules just because of how tiny a shop it is. A lady sprayed our hands with alcohol and told us if we touched any crystals we need to let them know so they can sanitize it. (Which is amazing because crystals are touched so much and it’s gross)I bought some chime candles and two books. Everyone was super cool and nice! They even have a large goddess altar, which was awesome to see!Definitely will come here when I’m in Raleigh and need herbs (they have a huge collection).

NO TAKING VIDEOS OR PICTURES! They politely told me after I had made a video of the beautiful crystals haha! They have a bunch of things from oil, incense, crystals, crosses and voodoo dolls. Very nice shop, purchased myself some Florida water. For parking I would suggest a near by garage. Street parking seems like a huge hassle and streets are narrow.

If I could give zero stars to this store I would. I drove an hour to specifically go to this store. Once I actually found the location of the store, I was stopped within minutes of entering. I was finishing up a long distance phone call and I was told I couldn’t talk on my phone. I had never heard of such a thing before. There wasn’t a sign outside of the store saying no phone use while in the store. Instead of hanging up on the call I decided to finish my call outside. Then I realized it was not the vibration I wanted to be part of any longer. I had read about other negative reviews about this store before going. I should have taken that as a sign. I would NOT recommend this store to anybody! I will definitely not go back to that store.

The coolest crystal shop I’ve ever been to! I heard about it back in 2020 and was disappointed to find out you had to be 18 to enter, so the first thing I did when I turned 18 was drive up and go! Because of COVID only a few people were allowed to be in the store at a time, so there was a bit of a wait, but it wasn’t a big inconvenience. The workers were SO sweet and they had the coolest stuff ever. I think the only issue I had was actually finding the place but besides that it was amazing! Will definitely be returning.

I always drove by there locations on glenwood ave I stopped in 1 day and got a reading sierra is the lady I saw she was very charming and quite accurate I was comfortable with surroundings I want to get some insight on a relationship after the tarot card reading I have a better understanding and a more positive attitude if you need some answers I would definitely recommend her

I called earlier tonight to schedule an appointment, excited yet anxious about my first experience with the psychic spirits. The woman I spoke with on the phone seemed very nice and flexible and said she would be willing to do a reading for a friend and me that same night. I told her we would be there around 8:45, she said come on over, and she confirmed the address for me. Her sweet voice and assurance helped disuade my doubts about opening up to the psychic world. I was relieved when I arrived at the location and saw a bright neon sign with “open” all lit up. I was even more impressed that this woman’s house had a legitimate parking lot. Thankful this did not seem like a death-trap, we proceeded to the door. Well, I’m sorry to report that my hopes were crushed in a conversation that was shorter than the time it took the psychic to walk the ten feet from her couch (where she was watching TV) to the door. Despite having made appointments and the open sign being brightly illuminated, this woman proceeded to tell us she was unable to do the readings. Confused, we insisted we had made appointments and called ahead. Without any explanation or apology, she shoo’d us away from her door. Unfortunately, the psychic refused to fulfill our appointments and we walked away with less clarity than when we arrived.
