I decided to have a reading done by Alice to get more clarity about my career path. She had great reviews and I was happy that she offered phone readings. My appointment started on time and was very nervous about what my reading would reveal. Alice was very comforting and knew issues about my mom, and knew details about my family which I was shocked. She reassured me that everything is going to turn out well for my career and that my current job is not the right fit for me ( which I have been feeling for years). I cannot begin to write enough good things about Alice. I first spoke to her in 2018 while navigating a difficult life change and the guidance she provided was immeasurable. An example of this would be that during my first reading, Alice told me that something was happening with my mom, and that she would be OK if we didn’t allow her to cancel any doctors appointments. A month later, my mom called and said her doctor found something strange on a scan, and he wanted her to meet him at the hospital he was a resident cardiologist in – he said he was there on Fridays, so she would need to come in on a Friday. My mom then called and said that she didn’t want to go this upcoming Friday — she wanted to go the next. I immediately thought of Alice, and insisted she go that coming Friday and I would take her. I am convinced that this saved my mothers life. That night, after a procedure I was walking through the hall of the hospital and the cardiologist that worked on my mom stopped me in the hallway and told me that he couldn’t believe that my mom didn’t have a heart attack with the state her heart was in (needed 6 stents) and he said it could have and would have happened any minute and thanked me for bringing her in.Fast forward to January of 2021, I had been thinking of Alice a lot, and wanted her to know the impact she had on my family. I tracked her down online and booked an appointment (I wasn’t even sure if this was the right Alice). When the call connected – she knew immediately that she had read me before (over 2 years ago, in person for 30+ mins) HOW WOULD SHE KNOW THAT?!?!It is honestly because she is the real deal.. she has such a gift and uses it to help people.I cannot wait to speak to her again, and would gladly recommend her to anyone and everyone. Let me tell you a story, I first met Jennifer through a Freind who went to her, I was not a believer Until that day. she read me and I was completely astounded and shocked at what she told me. You see my sister was killed 20 years before and she spoke to her and relayed the circumstances of her death to me. Also my stepfather was murdered and she contacted him and he wanted to know why was Ent I at the wake or funeral. (Nobody told me) but How the hell would Jennifer know that. This is my second time being read by Jennifer. There’s honestly not enough space for me to get out all the wonderful things I have to say about her, I suppose I’ll have to try my best to make what I can, fit. While Jennifer is not the first medium I’ve been to, she if by the far the most gifted and compassionate one I’ve seen. I loved the fact that she explained mediumship to me prior to the reading and took time to make sure I was aware of all things possible. I went to Catherine back in October 2017 (Sorry for the super late review!). Her reading was extremely accurate and truthful. I did not give her any information prior to my reading and she did not ask any questions other than my name. She was so spot on! She told things that were currently happening in my life and she also told me about what would happen in my future. So far, everything she predicted has happened. I definitely do not live my life waiting for the things she predicted to happen but everything just so happen to unfold in the same exact way she said it would. It literally blew/blows my mind!!!! Anytime something happens that she predicted, I find myself thinking “OMG she said this would happen!”. She is absolutely amazing and has a true gift. I would recommend her 100%!!!!PS: She is super sweet and her office is beautifully decorated. Such a relaxing atmosphere! LOVE!

This woman is an absolute SCAM ARTIST. Do not go here. She attempted to manipulate me into giving her $6,000 as a “sacrifice” that needed to be buried in a cemetery. As someone who also reads tarot and was looking for a second opinion, her readings were not at all what i expected. She gave me a lot of wrong information and even went so far as to put plastic hands and fake blood in a handkerchief to scare me into giving her more money. STAY AWAY.

Catherine truly has a natural gift, meeting her was definitely something I needed at the time that I went to go and see her. She is the most honest straight up person i’ve ever met and in a situation I was in was exactly what I needed. She truly feels you and your energy the second you walk in the door. I never was into anything like this before until I walked in 3 weeks ago and had a program/sessions with Catherine who I can truly say in just 3 weeks healed me spiritually. She will not lie to you she will not beat around the bush and give you what you want to hear she will tell you the truth which is exactly what I needed. When specific timeframes are provided and nothing happens that is not an overextension of expectation on my part. You yourself provided me a specific timeframe in one of our readings and that timeframe came and went without incident. The same situation occurred with the other psychic…and I only reviewed one other…not plural! You explained yourself perfectly with regards to the crystals so I knew I wasn’t getting a crystal from your shop/home. I know what I heard. Before getting my reading done from Catherine, I was struggling with many internal battles. Words can’t describe how grateful I am to have met Catherine. Before talking to her I truthfully felt lost. She knew things that I’ve never told anyone and knew things I only ever told my family and super close friends. I went here with a friend for a sort-of info session/open discussion hosted by 4 women with “spiritual” gifts. They discussed numerology, astrology, reiki, hypnotherapy, meditation, “talking” to spirits, tarot, etc. I would consider myself to be more of a believer than not, but I do have my limits. While I found the topics discussed to be interesting and sometimes enlightening, I was a little put off by some of the topics. I DO believe that spirituality can help heal physically and mentally…to a degree. To say it has completely cured cancer with no other treatment I think is a dangerous thing to tell people and extremely unlikely. Also, as a supplement, or in place of psycho-therapy, absolutely. But to insist that no one needs medication for a mental disorder can be damaging and reverses the progress we’ve made in the mental health community. It IS OK to take medication if you need to. There is enough shame surrounding the stigma of mental health as it is. No one should be embarrassed for taking medication. However, those are a matter of opinion, and would not discourage me from returning for a reading of any kind. The women were knowledgeable, kind, and easy to talk to.

I believe there are people out there that have a gift. I do not believe Catherine is one of those people. She asks questions and tries to get tidbits of info from you that she can use to assume other things. Everything she said during our medium reading was generic and something she could have inferred by something else that we said or agreed to. Nothing special was said that really truly made me believe my loved ones were there with me. I felt she could have said the same exact things to someone else and they could have also applied. She chooses “safe” options to say if you don’t give her a lot of info to feed off. Truly heartbreaking to experience. I just hope Catherine finds it in her heart to no longer prey upon the vulnerable by faking and taking their money during their difficult times. Please look into another place to go to!

I had the extreme pleasure snd honor to meet Lynn Van Praagh-Gratton at a group Reading in Queens New York thru an invitation from a dear friend. There were a lot of people there. Just being in that room gave me a feeling of pure love and peace. Many “connections ” were made with many loved ones who had crossed. During the second half , Lynn asked if anyone knew someone whose name was Larry. I kept looking around to see who this person was and realized that was my brother in law. Lynn continued his message by saying he was married to my sister (gave her name) then said to give her a message. Then Lynn said my husband Ron was speaking and thank me for wearing something that no one knew about and he was taking care of our son. Even my son who passed in January came through. She told us about the many signed our loved ones send us everyday. I am blessed to say I find dimes in unexpected places. I even had a group reading at my home where each one who attended got messages from their loved ones who have crossed. Lynn is a true gift to us. The messages received from our loved ones has brought healing to my son, my friends, sister and me. I highly recommend the purchasing of her book Divine Dimes. The most uplifting book I have read. She talks of different things about how to be aware of our loved ones sending us signs like the dimes and other signals sent us. Lynn is a very kind and special soul… I’m not as sure of her accuracy as I was so excited to hear about my dad that I just started rambling… she did however tell me to ask her anything… I was just overwhelmed. I left the call feeling lighter, loved, validated and cared for. I downplayed my experience to the friend who recommended her until I noticed that without effort or prompting I changed the music I had been listening to from sad and dark to fun and free…my daughter and I were both calmer, happier and shared laughs the next day… I look forward to getting another reading where I listen more than I talk… one tiny bit of constructive feedback would be that her credentials speak for themselves… she “sells” a little during the sessions about her Facebook events, her book Divine Dimes, group readings, and classes. My friend and I showed up hoping for a walk-in appointment and although she was a bit busy with her day at the moment, she still made time on the spot to squeeze us in. We both were very grateful, even though she didn’t have to do that. My energy was read without me saying anything and she mentioned things about my life and myself that no one else would have known. They will take your money and then ghost you once they have the money. They seem sincere until they have what they want from you. I called for two months trying to continue our work and Lily would never respond. When contacting the other psychic, her mother, she would give me the excuse that she was constantly working with other people and would never return my calls.

I’ve been a customer for about 20 years. This small shoppe has the perfect size and atmosphere for an esoteric arts place, and I’ve enjoyed shopping here. What keeps me coming back is the variety of items the owner, Laura, sells; inscense, books, candles, tarot cards, crystals, jewlery, wind chimes, and she started stocking really nice round stained glass sun catchers a few months ago-which I bought two. And she rotates her stock, which is another thing I like! She’ll carry some typical items, other items she’ll carry for a few months or a couple of years then switch ’em out for something new. The staff are professional, friendly, and personal people who are knowledgeable about what Laura sells. You can ask them a question about something esoteric or pagan religion-related and if they don’t know the answer they’ll pull out their phone and search if for you on the spot, or write down a website or name of a preist/ess, healer, etc. for you to search yourself. Laura herself cares about her customers. I cannot provide any detailed comments regarding her tarot readings personally, since I haven’t gotten one by her, but I’ve heard that they’re sought after and she’s very good. I have gotten a short (for lack of better wording) personal reading (I asked a question, no cards involved) by her recently regarding an issue I’ve been struggling with for a while and her spiritual advice was insightful and gave me a boost in my confidence.Finally, I like items with ravens/crows, skulls, and bats on them, and I also collect gargoyles. I’ve been able to a couple of beautiful raven sun catchers here, which are hard to find. I highly recommend this shoppe, and I will continue to shop here for years to come!

Okay, so we’ve been coming to Port Jeff for 10+ years, and in all that time, I have never gone into Envision Crystal. Something about the tiny building seemed intimidating to me. Today, I finally got over my nerves and went inside, and I was NOT disappointed. Despite its tiny size, it is insane how much they packed into the space, and weirdly, nothing feels cramped. It’s sort of like the TARDIS from Doctor Who — bigger on the inside. The quality of the goods are really great, but it’s the selection that really wowed me. Everything in there is so obscure, from the tarot decks to the journals/books of shadows to the statuettes and gemstones. They even had sweetgrass for cleansing, which is a fantastic alternative to sage for those of us who suffer from allergies.Some of the items are ridiculously overpriced, but some are actually UNDERpriced! In particular, I found a heavy rose quartz heart about the size of my fist for $10, and the energy coming off it was ridiculous. The texture of the gemstone was rough and rustic, not polished, and it felt like something very old that passed through many hands. It was the only one in the shop, and I couldn’t resist it. I had to buy a book of shadows too, because I have never seen such beautiful ones in my life. I was also impressed with the small selection of Egyptian items, which are not so easy to come by. Honestly, I could have easily spent over $100 on this visit alone. I had to put back so many things!Additionally, the store smells wonderful, the music is relaxing, and the cashier was friendly but quiet. She answered all our questions but stayed behind the counter and didn’t push us to buy anything extra. We really appreciated that, and we will be back!

5/20/2016Beautiful, magical shop in the heart of Port Jefferson. I could stay in this shop all day. So many books, crystals, incense, candles, beautiful jewelry and soooo much more. This is one of my favorite little shops on Long Island. The staff is always helpful. Their prices are spot on! I also mean it is LITTLE but very nice. I always drop in when I’m in Port Jeff and at least buy one thing. Be it as small as jewelry or as large as a wall hanging. We usually park in the lot right next to the store and just pay a few bucks.

Incredible Psychic. I’ve had two readings over the years and he is the real deal. If you want a reading from a real Psychic look no further. He spent over two hours my first reading and a hour and a half the second reading. He charges $300.00. Money well spent.

7 of us attended a fundraiser BLESSINGS IN A BACKPACK. It was held at the Bates House in Setauket. It was supposed to be from 8:15 til 10p. With Pyschic medium Anthony DiJoseph. He started late, close to 8:30 and he ended it about 9:20. We were all quite confused as to why he was leaving. A woman came out and announced that Anthony was leaving because there was ‘no energy’ in the room. And if any one wanted their money back…How embarrassing for her! It was a fundraiser for children! He couldn’t just continue on? I am quite shocked that we witnessed that. Needless to say this is not a good review. I do not recommend Anthony. I think he owes BLESSINGS IN A BACKPACK a proper fundraiser!
