This is a beautiful shop with great readers.I’ve spent a lot of money here on many crystals and readings, plus the staff is very helpful. Unfortunately there is one person named Michael that always comes across as bored,unfriendly and rude. He gives incorrect information without apology and always sounds listless. Why they would employ someone like him at a spiritual store is beyond me.

Amazing amazing amazing experience.The staff is incredibly welcoming and knowledgeable.I went for an impromptu reading with a gentleman ( I unfortunately can not remember the name) and he was the truth. The information he was spitting out was coming so fast yet everything was exactly where I was in life and everything I had been contemplating going forward. I left the reading feeling inspired and loved and of course I walked out with some goodies( crystals, sage, incenses, spiritual bath)Please go and support this small business! You won’t regret it!

My favorite spot. They have everything I need for my metaphysical and spiritual curiosity. Prices are fair and they make a great effort to offer affordable classes to help teach those that are new to their spiritual journey. They offer an awesome tarot throw down every two Fridays where you can practice reading cards on strangers which is the best way to practice. I visited here after attended a yelp event recently and wow it’s amazing. David is super nice and a wonderful tarot reader. I love how big the store is. Huge crystal, candle and incense stock. I took my daughter and we both got new incense burners, candles and figures. I like how the store is broken up between sections to help narrow down what you need. They even have a kid section. I will definitely be coming back for new supplies.

What a gem! This very large, well laid out store has everything you need for gifts, crystals and metaphysical items. Staff is attentive and kind. I brought my two year old nephew in who is obsessed with rocks and crystals. He was welcomed by the very kind staff. There’s even a small children’s section where he found a new dragon friend. They also offer a customer loyalty program that rewards you the more you shop. I’ve never had that at my previous metaphysical shops! I realized how quickly my spending adds up If you are in the Atlanta area, make sure you stop by this truly special store.

Phoenix Dragon book store, is my new hidden gem for my incense, candles, herbal books, and crystals.The peaceful ambiance and welcoming energy of the store added to the overall enchanting, fairy tale story book atmosphere. I love how the store is arranged. The staff is always nice and helpful with any everything. Not to mention they have some beautiful fat cats roaming the store. Note: if your allergic to cats, please avoid this store. But overall Phoenix Dragon doesn’t disappoint if your looking for anything and everything spiritual, histories or just mystical. Yes! What a purposeful & enlightening emporium serving as a bookstore, retail store, library & marketplace within a calming flow environment. My Bonus Daughter shops here often & raves about P&DB. On a last-minute visit, she brought me along with her & it was pure transformational energy for me. Regardless of your personal voyages, this store offers something for everyone to embrace & illuminate along the way – altars, divination systems, pendulums, statues, cards, cloths, Incenses & much more. Jillian, the employee who assisted me (you know I like Q&As) is highly knowledgeable about the store’s inventory. Not to mention her contagious vibe & aurora naturally elucidated throughout the store & adding to the atmosphere. Not only a wonderful retail experience, yet one could be in tune with different parameters outside of human sense perception/material reality. My pictures do half justice to the variety of merchandise. I recommend Phoenix & Dragon Bookstore for any & all…especially the vast forms of Crystals. Love & Light.

The friendliest staff ever! I really enjoy coming here. Everyone is so knowledgeable on the services and products that they have to offer. I have come here a few times within the past 8 years, and I have found much peace and self-respect from the abundant access of healing books. This store is a blessing in the universe. There is such an open, wide variety of spiritual perspective which I am deeply appreciative of because this store allows us to look at the world in all different colors, unlike other “crystal stores” that typically push one way of life or perspective. When you walk into the store, the air always feels light and serine. The vibes are immaculate. Sometimes I see cats hanging around the store, and I really like that.

I love this place! For me there’s a calming effect and a positive vibe in this store. The employees are very helpful and knowledgeable, and are eager to assist. This is not a regular bookstore; It’s a retail store full of items that people can use every day to help celebrate the human spirit.I came here on a Saturday afternoon in mid-November to just look for clear quartz and polished black obsidian, to price sage bundles, and to see what other information I could find about how to keep my energy points in my body open and ways to try to stay positive as much as possible. Parking was an issue when I arrived, but I was lucky enough to find an open space in the free parking lot near the front door of Phoenix and Dragon Bookstore. the outside of the building is looks old and plain, and gives no hint as to what’s inside.There are multiple rooms/areas in the store that feature different items/products. The first room is where a cash register is and this area looks more like a gift shop. The main room has a very large variety of crystals of various sizes, all of them separated by type and size. This is where I looked for large polished black obsidian, but the bin where it should’ve been was empty and they didn’t have any more. I also looked for a couple of clear quartz crystals, but, at the risk of sounding crazy, I didn’t get a clear and positive vibe from any of them. If you’re into crystals and what they can do for you, you’ll know what I mean. One of the most popular uses of black obsidian is to create a shield of protection to ward off negative or harmful energies. Clear quartz is a powerful crystal with a very restorative and amplifying energy. It’s often used with other stones to strengthen their effects, making it a great addition to crystal grids. There are also large selections of essential oils, aromatherapy items, candles, books, herbs and incense, tarot and oracle, gifts, jewelry and knick knacks spread throughout this and the other rooms. I found some sage that I use to purify my condo, and bundles here are less expensive than I’ve found at other similar stores.Oh, and this bookstore has an area outside where classes, such as Goat Yoga, are held when the weather is nice. While yogis do their yoga things, dwarf goats are free to roam wherever they please, and may hop around, climb yogis’ backs, sit on top of them, and even nap on them or their mats while yogis let go of all their stresses. I arrived as the class was breaking upon but there were these cute dwarf goats still walking around on the outdoor deck doing their things.I could actually spend a lot of time in this store. Just be aware that there are at least two very chill cats that roam and laze wherever they please, since this is their domain. It looks like they just have one speed, ALOOF, and remain that way, even when customers lavish a lot of attention on them. I love this store and many of the things it has to offer – helpful and welcoming employees, positive vibe, nice and clean store, and good prices.

DO NOT BUY THE GROUPON OR LIVING SOCIAL VOUCHER!!!I incorrectly thought that the voucher included a reading and a bracelet for each day of the fair, a total of 2 bracelets and 2 readings; however, it’s only one reading and one bracelet on one day, which is expensive for $28. You’d do better to show up and pay $15 for one reading or $25 for 2 readings.There’s no admission fee. You simply come in, read the bios of the psychics and put your name on an open time slot for the psychic you want. Let me preface this by saying that I do believe in psychics. I’ve had two good psychic readings. My litmus test for a psychic is whether or not they can say something specific about something going on in my life without me divulging anything. In the two previous times I went to psychics, both told me specific things about who I was dating and specific issues with specific family members before I opened my mouth.At the Big Psychic Fair, I eavesdropped on some readings while waiting for mine. I heard a lot of people talking to the psychics about their issues at the beginning of the reading, which I feel tells your psychic what to say to you, rather than relying on any inherent psychic ability. My reading was with Shelia Harris, who used numerology, palmistry, and playing cards. She asked for my birthday, and then did a cold reading. She said that I like to travel but sometimes stay in, and that I’m a loner. I can be alone for long periods without it bothering me, but I also like to be around people. She also said that I’m psychic and very erotic. After looking at my palms, she said that I’ve had a very hard childhood (true). I’m close to my family (not true). I’m very psychic and my dreams sometimes come true (debatable, I wouldn’t charge someone for a reading.). I’m an empath, and I can pick up on other’s feelings (true, but I think everyone has this ability to some capacity). I’m an old soul, and I’ve had many lifetimes, and I’m surrounded by many angels (ok, cool!). She also said that I have 3-4 kids, which may include abortions, miscarriages, or stepchildren (I’ve never been pregnant, but there’s still time, and I do want kids.), and I’ll have 4 major loves in my life (1 down…).I had an extremely hard time not giving nonverbal cues. I found myself shaking my head at things that weren’t true and nodding at things that were. She kept repeating the things that I nodded at.Next, she asked me to think about 3 questions. I shuffled cards while thinking about one question. She laid out playing cards, and asked me about my first question. It was about how to have a better relationship with my mother. She told me that there’s a lot of anger, and I need to talk with her (ok, but that’s kinda obvious if there’s an issue). She also said my mom’s psychic (Mom would love that). I wanted more specifics, such as the cause of the anger, but I didn’t ask the right question. I asked what I should say, and she told me to pray and the angels would help me.I shuffled the cards again with another question in mind, which dealt with finding love. She said that I would meet a business man in a crowd or around work. I missed my opportunity in the last reading, but I asked for specifics in this one. What would he look like? She said that she thinks he would be tall with dark hair and eyes, but she just knows that he’s a business man. She said that I’ve had heartbreak that I’m not over. When I told her that it wasn’t true, she said that it must be the guy she sees in my future. She also said that a family member has passed. Again, When I told her that it wasn’t true, she said that it must be the guy she sees in my future. I asked about when I would meet him, and she said that timing is hard, but it’d be sometime before the end of the year. Hopefully, I will get booed up by the end of this year. If I do, I’ll definitely update with the info.Overall, she used a lot of cold and hot reading techniques. There were only generalities, and no specifics. I should’ve ended it when I noticed that she was using cold reading, but when she switched to palmistry, and then, took out the cards, I kept expecting something more concrete and specific. By the time I realized it wasn’t going to happen, the 20 min was over. I was very disappointed with the reading. She rushed off before I could say anything to her. I could’ve complained to Gloria Parker, the host, but I felt like it would’ve been a waste of time, and it’s much easier to leave this review as a warning to others.

So, if you believe in this sort of thing, as I do, mark your calendars for the first weekend (both Saturday and Sunday) of the month. Every month The Big Psychic Fair is held in a small, old, building in the downtown Roswell area. There are roughly 15 psychics and you read a little bio about each one and then sign up to see whomever you connect with or want to learn from. Each session is 20 minutes long, which flys by! By 1 session for $15 or 2 for $25. These are psychics, mediums, can hear from those who have passed, tarot card readers. A wide variety! Upstairs you’ll find a few stands for shopping. A table with metals to help ward off radiation and help you center your energy. Candles. Etc. I can’t wait to go again next month!*Update: it’s been 9 months since I wrote this review and 3 of the things I was told have come true.

If you have an open mind or you are into this type of thing this is the place for you. There is a woman from England named Katie she usually sits in the back. She is spot on. She knew things about my mother that nobody in that room knew about and there’s no way she could’ve known unless my mum was channeling her. I also went to a gentleman named Vincent who reads Tarot cards. He too was very amazing. I want to a woman who is a Pet psychic. Forgive me I believe her name is Carolyn and she was not accurate at all. Nothing that she said about my Babies was even remotely, closely true. So if you see a Pet psychic basically enter at own risk. I have recently been told that former Pets May cross with One Another however she does not tell you this in advance so I will not be seeing her anymore. There is a gentleman named Beau Who does past life regressions. This is always been very interesting to me and while it is only a 10 minute visit he does actually do one on one for an hour where he literally puts you in a trance. I have not done that yet but I would like to do that I believe it cost $75-$100 to do that. But at the big psychic fair you can also Groupon to get a good deal. It is fun and as I said you must have an open mind if this is not your sort of thing. My friend Judy and I always enjoy our self whenever we go and we try to go as often as possible. We took your niece Vickie wants and she had a great time and she’s a very big skeptic as well. I gave it three stars because you must get there early to get your name on the list or you will be waiting a long time to see anybody so be there as soon as they open to put your name on the list. The other bad thing is that some people are friends with these people and they can call ahead and get put on the schedule without even being there. Us regular folk can’t do that

I had two phone readings with her over the past five years, and she was spot on! My common name is not the one I use on Yelp. I go by a nickname. She both times came up with things that you could not look up. Very very specific things not just generic. She’s the real deal. If you are eager to connect with your loved ones who have passed but want to make sure your medium is legitimate, then Amy is the one for you. She does not ask for any information in advance (she actually asks that you not provide it), but she provides plenty of details of your loved ones throughout the reading. Anyone not satisfied is a likely skeptic anyway and looking for reasons to complain. Amy was able to provide me with details of an incident I had only had the day before the reading. I have witnessed her read for several other people, and all readings were spot on and extremely satisfying to the clients. She provided details that were not public knowledge, and all in the group came away with a sense of peace from connecting with the other side. I’m happy for most people who have had a great experience. I have talked with her a few times over the years & I really feel nothing has come true. I feel she just made up something that was supposed to happen this year. I get that this is entertainment but some people call for help & guidance for a reason. Nothing what so ever has come true especially the real reason I choose to write this review today. I did have one thing she told me about in the beginning partially come true but nothing to the degree she told me it would. I feel this major important thing I was told about by her was just made up. She insisted what she was telling me was going to happen & not to worry, she gave me dates. She is very nice & will make you feel good but don’t get caught up in what she says, take it with a grain of salt or just don’t waste your money. I’m a little disappointed.

Completely money motivated and not interested in helping her clients ( despite the fact that I’ve paid over $16000) for readings to support her over the years. I paid for $75 reading only to be given one worth $70. She also falsely accused me of not paying for a previous reading, despite the fact that she doesn’t accept future readings of previous readings aren’t paid for. Completely over the top and terribly rude attitude. Additionally, she owes me outstanding money for services that weren’t fully rendered, which she refuses to pay.

I’ve talked to many psychics, with varying results (though many were good). Adrienne’s card method is so straightforward and accurate that there is just no arguing with it. The accuracy of her predictions has, at times, astonished me when time was running out and I thought there was no way her prediction could come true. Another great time spent with Ms.Charlene. I’ve seen her 3 times total so far and each visit is just as good as the last. Mind blowing! I had my first reading with Rev Hicks back in January. Upon entering her home I felt an energy that made me feel peace and comfort. While I was having my reading, Rev. Hicks said a few things that did not make any sense to me. To be honest, I was thinking inside of me “wow this is definitely BS” She sent my recording and I downloaded it on my computer just to have it because what she said to me was out of this world, and I truly didn’t believe her. Guess what? 7 Months later, absolutely everything that she said happened exactly the way she said it….I went back to my recording and listened to it at least 4 times. My life has done a complete 180, and I never saw it coming. Save your recording and listen to it carefully, because Rev. Hicks is the real deal!

Rev. Hicks was extremely on target about what was going on in my relationship at the time, even though I didn’t give her anything anything to go on as I was very skeptical initially. This was the first time I ever visited with a psychic, and she was phenomenal!! She not only predicted what was going on in my soon-to-be divorced marriage, but she gave me insight into loved ones from the past. She predicted some things, which have now turned out to be true, which I could have never seen coming regarding my divorce, and I wait with anticipation regarding her other predictions. I definitely recommend her if you want to have a reading from a psychic. She comes with excellent credentials. You won’t be disappointed.

Charlene has made me a believer in astrology. I had a reading with her on Halloween and she predicted that I would start “seeing someone” between Thanksgiving and Christmas. I didn’t believe her, considering that it had been over 7 years since I had been on multiple dates with one girl, but sure enough, I had my first date with a girl on the Sunday after Thanksgiving and went out with her a few more times until she broke things off with me around New Year’s. Moreover, Charlene correctly predicted when I was planning to take a trip (which I had already booked) in 2016, she correctly identified certain times of the year when major life events tend to happen to me, and also predicted that I will eventually move to the west coast (I am an Atlanta native), which I had been planning to do when I went to see her.Was she 100% accurate? No, she did get some things wrong. For example, she did say that Libras (I am a Libra) are usually the handyman types, which I am anything but. I would say though that she hit that 80% mark that psychics are supposed to be able to hit. If you are looking for a psychic then I recommend booking a reading with Charlene.

BEWARE! I bought a Groupon that was good for $40 towards services. I called in advance to set up an appointment for my daughters birthday. On that call I spoke to Tonya and arranged the reading and the price based on the Groupon. ($75 minus $40!= $35 payment). When my daughter went for her reading Tonya told her the Groupon was a “misprint” and not valid. She charged her $55. When I called Tonya, she was argumentative. She eventually agreed to give us $20 credit for future services… as if we would ever come back. She promptly hung up on me. Very unprofessional and a scammer in my opinion.

$20… for a 3-Tarot card reading, lasting under 5 minutes. Very steep and will not return. My friends have informed me that the usual rate is about $50 for at least 30 minutes at other facilities. Save your money and spend it elsewhere on something where you feel you actually get some value, because being rushed in and out in 5 minutes for $20, there’s just no value there.

Took me a while to write this review because I was ashamed of being so used like this! She will take your money as fast as she can, and tell you about candles and Cristals, etc, she will even use a Church as well! She even asked me to borrow money from me that I never saw back, because she will not call you back or see you again! She took more than a couple thousands from me! Con Artists should be in Jail! Ashley is a manipulative scammer that will take advantage of your vulnerability, suffering and pain. First she will give you a nice reading to lure you into paying her to do work for you (if she sees the opportunity) to to clear “bad” things in your life and to bring “good” things, good fortune etc. She will make you believe that she is a great healer, she will appear nice, positive, caring, understanding and she will claim many times that she cares for you but is just part of the manipulation tactic. . First she will be very nice to you.. until you give her money, then she will stop responding and returning phone calls less and less. Then she will start playing the guilt manipulative game so you can give her more money and she will always have an excuse of why she haven’t respond to your messages or calls either because someone die, she is sick, her phone broke, she is taking care of someone, something broke in her house, her family is sick, she will somehow victimize her self, so you feel bad and understand her. At some point you will realize that nothing that she said really comes to pass and that your life becomes worse and not better …and that is because she knows how to read cards, palms, Auras and people etc… BUT SHE DOES NOT know how to do the work she claims to do, in fact she makes a lot of MISTAKES with her work and instead of making things better in your life, she will bring more misery and bag luck to you. – All this happened to me, Ashely took thousands from me, nothing she said came to pass and my life turned for the worse and she behave exactly as all the reviewers mention. She is evil, manipulative, insensitive and money is all in her agenda nothing else, she scam and rob people without mercy. Ashley promises you a bunch of garbage and follows thru with nothing. She I am embarrassed to say took me for money I did not have to throw around!! She said iI had a dark energy around me and gave me two different t soaps to wash with. I have had a very good psychic in the past but she is nothing but a scam she only wants money and she never answers your calls. Even when she tells you to call. Stay away !!!! Fake thief. Goodt thing i used my credit card and can have bank give me .my money back!!!!!! Thankfully she doesn’t give e a receipt for it would just remind me of my stupidity.
