A MUST on your TO DO list in Venice. This is the most life changing experience. Meeting Bianca & Carole was one of the most awakening experiences I have ever experienced in my life. I was not one to believe in Tarot reads and the “unknown” it started with a Palm reading that let to a deck read then to a lover reading. The curiosity was infinite, I couldn’t believe how on point they were. These ladies are simply the real deal. Carol’s reading is very accurate, have been seeing her for years and years. I like the fact that she is super straightforward and to the point! Duped by the Venice Beach Fortune TellerSCAM ARTIST- PROFESSIONALThere I am like every other day, walking down the boardwalk. I swear I walked by this sign that read “Fortune Teller” a million times and all those times I never choose to stop and enquire about my fortune. Why in god’s name on earth did I decide to do it that day you and I are both wondering. Well I of course got into it with my live in boyfriend and so yea yea you know how that goes. My logical practical brain jumps right into the gutter and there I am an emotional wreck on emotional la la land where of course psychics can predict my future, and tell me how to fix things with my guy before it gets worse right? Well of course not. This lady, rightfully so, gets me to believe she can see him and he loves me but she doesn’t know if it will last. Gosh this sounds way worse now that i’m actually writing this. Then she again rightfully so swindles me out $300 big ones so she can supposedly purchase crystals that she can chant to or something that would shift our energy and make everything better. Oh yea and she said she was gonna cleanse my aura and energy and what not. I knew this was all a bag a bologna but as i said i was on la la land emotional wreck blah blah. I wish I could say i wont do that again or that saying germans say about learning a lesson that costs money but unfortunately this isnt my first rodeo. You thought i woulda learned that lesson the first time a psychic told me the same years ago and swindled me outta $600 big ones. I tell yea when your on that planet of emotions all bets are out the door. I wish I could give no stars. She didnt even cleanse my aura or shift my energy or speak to me ever again. i had a reading a few years ago. it was my first and only reading. i didn’t know what to expect but the woman that did my reading was surprisingly on point. when i say on point i really mean like down to the month and day. she gave me guidance and even told me WHEN I’d fall in love. i have been married to my husband for 5 years now. she knew things about my personal life that i didn’t mention but even if I gave off some sort of clue there was NO WAY she could know the things she knew from just guessing. my review is vague but trust me when i say your reading won’t be! i still think about this experience and speak about it often. such a small amount of money and my life is changed.

I had a reading with Bianca… totally Disappointed. She was way off, judgmental, and hardly referred to the tarot cards. Also, she asked a lot of questions. Seemed very distracted during my reading -she kept looking around at the people walking by and past my shoulder, she was giving signals communicating with someone. I felt like I was a bother to her; highly Unprofessional. I wouldn’t come back and wish I didn’t stop by in the first place, as it wasn’t worth $35 or the 35 minute drive plus $30 Venice Beach parking fee.

Just Wow. I went with a friend after my Bachelorette party and was floored by the accuracy. Bianca said, “whatever justice you are seeking you will have; there is a settlement coming your way; there us an obstacle nut you will overcome it” and a few days later all those things came true not complete fruition but the beginning of what that meant. Let me start by saying Michelle is amazing! I booked my first session with her about a week ago when I was at a really low point and from the jump our energies just clicked. She’s a straight shooter and I love that, she was so on point with my entire situation and was able to not only bring me some answers but also give me some valuable advice that I needed. I had a numerology reading with Austin this afternoon over the phone. While I very rarely post reviews, I feel compelled to do so in this instance. I immediately felt that Austin was unprepared for my reading, and with the exception of one thing, he was off about 99 percent of it. The one correct thing he said was that my ex-husband is a resentful narcissist, which wasn’t a big leap considering I told him that I was an empath and divorced from him. Other than that, my $90 reading consisted of him telling me to wear the color yellow (which I will never do because I hate that color), think of three things in the morning such as who my favorite person is in the world, my favorite color and my favorite song, and to place scrap metal coins on the four corners of my bedroom in an attempt to secure better Feng Shui. Oh, and to walk ten minutes every morning. I was also told that I have a strong desire to be a leader, which I do not. In fact, I hate leadership roles. I could instantly tell that he didn’t do his homework because he couldn’t tell me one valid thing about my personality or even speculate about my future, which was told in generalities at best. He did say that 2020 was a very bad year for me (which given Covid and the racial unrest in this country is not really insightful) and that 2021 would be better. He also miscalculated the age I was when I got married, as well as the age of my daughter, who he thought was still a minor when she’s in her mid-twenties.For those who have had good experiences with Austin, I am baffled because mine was a complete waste of money and time. I got absolutely nothing out of it at all. Zero.

Austin is a truly compassionate and gifted reader! I was skeptical at first as I’d never had a reading before, but as soon as I sat down, I knew he was the real deal. What can a person say about Susan other than out of this world? Amazing? Incredible? Authentic? Connected to Spirit? All of this and more because she is such a kind person and really wants to help her clients not only connect but understand the breadth of the spirit world that is available to all of us. And this is coming from a Christian with a broad conception of God. I believe the part of the Bible that says prophecy is a gift for some people and this gift should be shared. I don’t believe the part that says that mediumship is evil or lets in evil spirits. There is a distinct difference between what Susan does and people with her level of intuition and access to Spirit, and some demonic player.Susan provided unquestionable evidence of her connection to my husband and more recently to my deceased neighbor that I found in his driveway very recently. He was a very good friend of mine. I was praying for him in church and the air conditioning had gone out and I was dying of heat prostration when suddenly this swoosh of cold air came right by my head. It was so fast and sudden that I looked around to see where it had come from! Up down all around. I thought my neighbor must be responding and I was pleased that he came forward in my session.Susan is very much the real deal. Don’t waste your money. Everything she said was way off. Absolutely shameful to take advantage of people looking for a little hope when they are grieving. I should have known better. She kept guessing wrong about how my loved one died. So disgusting. She also rattled off several common names that she thought she was “hearing”. Wrong again. She spoke in generalities, hoping that I would attach some meaning to something she said. After her guesses were wrong, she’d simply say to look for meaning in her words in the future. No Susan, the number 7 won’t mean anything to me later, and I won’t attach meaning to the number by the power of suggestion. What a joke. Her methods were very transparent and frankly, quite stupid.Look at her reviews. Most of them are from “people” with just the one review. They are clearly fake and written by her.Again, shameful. Avoid.

I had my 2nd meeting with Susan last week and wow, I cant recommend her readings enough. Just note: You dont have to always connect with loved ones on the other side (Mediumship). Pros:- interesting, quirky place where you can find all sorts of odd books. The genres they carry are almost entirely on alternative medicine, self-help and spirituality. To their credit, they had a pretty impressive collection of meditation and mindfulness books.- nice tarot cards with interesting designs but crystals and “magic candles” seem overpriced – calm atmosphereObservations:- store offers tarot card and palm readings. If you want to try it, I suggest approaching the whole experience with an open mind and low expectations. Treat this as a fun, unique you can do with friends. – I did appreciate that the store takes a “professional” approach to their tarot card and palmistry readers. They also offer a brief grace period if you feel like it’s not working out and you want someone else.Their rates were somewhat reasonable but can get exorbitant for longer sessions.

I live in Santa Monica and I was super excited to know I had a crystal shop so close. I have purchased from them many times and the customer service was great. I went yesterday and purchased some tumble stones, bracelets and sage. One of the tumble stones was “jade”. Now everyone knows that Jade is cold to the touch. This is how you can tell if it is truly Jade or not. Now I know Jade to be a bit pricey so I was elated to find a tumble stone of jade that was only 2.95. I didn’t think about it at the time. I got home and compared my Jade to my Malachite stone. The jade wasn’t cold to the touch and looked identical to my malachite (which I bought there as well). I called today and I told her what I stated above. She proceeded to tell me how the owner goes to Brazil to get the gems and they are real but you can come in and exchange or receive a refund. Then she proceeded to tell me Malachite is expensive and they don’t sell small pieces of Malachite. Now please understand I purchased my Malachite tumble stone from them, which means someone is lying. This made me question if all my stones are truly real. I spend too much money there for the crystals to not be real. A picture is attached. Jade on the right and Malachite on the left. Tell me what you think.

I went into Mystic Journey Bookstore on Main today shopping for my best friend who is really interested in mystical things, which I know very little about. Mina helped me as soon as I walked into the door and gave me such a clear explanation of all the crystals, candles, sage, soaps, and everything under the sun to help me pick out gifts for my friend. She even went the extra mile and printed out some additional explanations for the crystals I selected and tied everything beautifully together in gift wrapping for me. My experience was very pleasant and I will certainly come back. I’m sure my friend will love her gifts.

I have been coming to Mystic Journey for intuitive readings for years (since my years at UCLA), and since moving away I call in from time to time for a spontaneous phone reading. I have read with numerous people and have always had a beautiful experience. I write this review today, in gratitude for each and every reader I have had the honor to read with (like **Athena (an angel), and many others). But my specific soul was called to read with ***Michael Wamback*** for so long since I first came in. I don’t know what it was, but his energy fascinated me when he walked by and his connection to Celtic culture (which I guess I may have a connection to from a past life) really intrigued me. I don’t know why I waited years to read with him but finally, during a very intense and troubling time I have been going through, I called in and asked to read with Michael (from afar, as I live abroad now!). Before I started my phone reading, I cleared my field and meditated and asked for my highest divine self to please welcome Michael in and provide me pure, clear, and concise messages from the divine. I cannot describe enough HOW clear and concise he was. I have never had such a reading that resonated with me. He was so sure and poured out the information. I was taking notes as fast as I possibly could! He made the 30 minutes beyond worth it and touched on everything I needed clarity about. He was such a clear channel for me, to my guides, and I felt like they were speaking directly to me giving me loving and honest guidance. During this hard time (during my separation and confusion), I have been blessed with calmness in my heart and a beautiful insight into my close future. Michael was detailed, even with timings, and very spot on. I look forward to coming back to this review as my life events unfold. I went their yesterday and bought a “meditation stone”. I was told at the counter that it was Onyx because nothing was marked. I bought it and brought it home. I examined it more closely and it was not Onyx or any other type of stone/crystal. It was colored glass. I called the store back to talk to them about this and they changed their mind and said it was Smokey Quartz. It appears jet black on the surface but if you hold it up to any light source, natural or indoor, it is transparent/translucent with no imperfections or lines or anything at all. It looks like the clarity of a drinking glass or looking out a window of your house. I live 2 hours away so returning it is not an option and I doubt they would return it anyway. I even asked a trusted source around here and it was confirmed to be colored man made glass. So messed up.

What a cool little spot if you’re a fan of anything metaphysical, spiritual, or anything other worldly. I have friends who are into Tarot cards and they wanted to check out their collection here. They had several decks out for display– all of which you could open up and look at for their unique art work. I don’t know anything about tarot cards but I could appreciate all the intricate designs. Interested in healing stones? They have them here too. Lots of different ones with different properties. I recognized the labradorite stones instantly as it’s a stone that I have that was turned into a piece of jewelry my sister made for me. On the shelves were several different books for all of your spiritual needs. I didn’t look at any of them as I was more curious about the readings you can get from their resident psychics/ spirit guides/ tarot card readers. My one reason for taking off one star? It was $45 for a 15 minute reading. Whew! We met other people who were out of town and decided to partake but I would *never* pay that much to get a reading. I ended up wandering to the back of the store where I came across their “singing bowls” where I happily entertained myself following instructions by tapping and then rimming the bowls to make humming noises. Think Ms. Congeniality with Sandra Bullock performing her special talent for the judges with the glasses filled with water. Yup, that was me. I ended up buying a deck of Tarot Cards for a friend as her bday gift. Check this place out if you’re into this type of stuff.

History: Mia Simone has received extensive training on performing intuitive readings and has an in-depth knowledge of all things occult. A few of her studies and interests include; meditation, chakras, energy healings, past lives, and divination. Mia began doing readings in 2004 after completing the Clairvoyant Training Program at Intuitive Way in Walnut Creek. Her studies continued at Psychic Horizons in San Francisco, and she graduated in 2008 as an ordained minister from The Church of Natural Grace. During this time Mia also had the privilege of studying personally with several internationally known psychics. She also loves to attend conferences such as those put on by the Science and Nonduality Conference, Institute of Noetic Sciences, and the Consciousness Research Laboratory, as well as to further expand her abilities and understanding of the healing arts.

Me talking to Mia Simone this week was rather like Dorothy talking to Glinda the Good Sorceress (as she is called in the Oz books). She really is MIA THE MARVELLOUS!!!!! I have been in a really dark place in my life, and so Mia ended up spending over one and a half hours with me, because she REALLY REALLY wanted to make sure I had all my questions answered. As we hit the one hour mark, I knew I wanted to book another session with her and so I said I planned to come back, but she STILL spent an extra 30-35 minutes with me *AT NO EXTRA CHARGE* because she could sense from the kindest, most loving depths of her soul that my own soul needed to learn more on that particular day/AT THAT PARTICULAR SESSION. It never once felt like this was a business transaction. She wants each client to receive as *MUCH* insight and guidance as she can possibly give them……and the information is conveyed with *SUCH HEARTFELT LOVE* for the person in front of her that it really feels like talking to a GODMOTHER. I had a list of very specific questions, which is what you should bring with you too, in order to get the most out of your reading. Please keep in mind that while each person’s perspective or vantage point may be different, Mia will tell you what the INNERMOST CORE OF YOUR *HEART AND SOUL* are going to benefit from – which means she will not only tell you what the end result is going to be, but also what’s probably going to serve your INNER SELF to the fullest possible extent FIRST, before you reap the external and physical rewards. It will all make sense to you when she personalizes her insights and guidance to your specific life situation and your personal journey – and she shared some *ABSOLUTELY STUNNING AND SPECTACULAR* REVELATIONS. Mia is not just going to tell you what you “want” to hear however. She is *FULL OF PURE LOVE AND LIGHT* – more angelic than human – but like a true Heavenly messenger, she will not sugarcoat any information that NEEDS to be delivered to you in answer to specific questions about SPECIFIC PEOPLE in your life for instance. She says it as she sees it, and it really makes a difference if you are able to provide both the first AND the last name of the person. Something she said about one side of my family turned out to be shockingly true the VERY NEXT DAY…….as they ended up revealing a side of them to my mother that she never saw coming. I always knew it, but my mother did not understand anything close to the scope of it until the day after my reading with Mia. And whenever there are *SUPER GLAD TIDINGS* to share, in true Heavenly Angelic style, Mia is able to provide such astoundingly illuminative metaphors and analogies, that you will feel *AS JOYFULLY EMPOWERED AS POSSIBLE* to receive what is coming your way. She will provide you with a timeline whenever possible – whether it’s coming soon, or likely to come a number of years down the road for instance – and although she reminds you that timing can sometimes change depending on the actions people take, and how fast they “progress” with the inner work they might have to do, a particular time frame she gave me also lined up with what a few astrologers and a numerologist told me. Mia does NOT work from an astrological or numerological perspective at all, but I found it uncanny that her intuition showed her a timeline that lined up with what had been established via other disciplines I had looked to. By the time I left Mia’s office, I truly felt like I had not only met a BONA FIDE PROFESSIONAL in her field, but I also felt like I had made a GENUINE FRIEND. She will not give you any “convenient” or “expedient” answers. We had already gone way overtime, and since I told her I would be seeing her again, my last question could have been answered in a very basic, simple, cut-and-dry way by someone who had a “time is money” kind of mentality, but Mia ended up spending what felt like 10 minutes on that one final question, because she immediately saw things that she felt NEEDED to be explored. That’s the kind of Angelic Lady she is. She also *NEVER* makes you feel like you are asking for too much clarification, because she is talking *TO* you, rather than AT you. Mia’s ultimate goal is for you to become THE BEST AND MOST OPTIMAL version of yourself at the EMOTIONAL, PSYCHOLOGICAL and SPIRITUAL LEVEL – so that you are as best equipped as possible to enjoy and savor the tangible, concrete things in life. Bear that in mind as you do a session with her. And if anything isn’t clear to you, PLEASE use that as an opportunity and REALLY DIG DEEP together to find the ultimate answers you need.

Mia is an Angel. She is very skilled and goes deep in her work with those lucky enough to be seeking her guidance. She connects and truly cares to about you and your issues, she is genuine, kind and caring. She is truly gifted. In response to Mia (please see my review below): It seems you keep mentioning that I wrote you “2 days” after our appt. I wrote you an email 1 day after our appt simply bc I needed time to process the call. I don’t know how I can make this more clear: I NEVER demanded a refund, nor did I state I would write a negative review if you did not give me a refund. I also did not demand a “freebie” (not sure why you are copy and pasting Yelp’s policies that are not applicable to our situation). When I stated, “I was hoping she would offer another call”, it was a thought in my mind; it is not something I verbally expressed to you. In other words, my hope was that you would not be so defensive, but instead talk to me about why I was dissatisfied with the entire call. If you do not care about customer satisfaction, then that’s all you had to say to me and I would have moved on. As you remember, I stated on the email that my hope is that we can collectively come up with a solution together. So again, if you did not want to talk with me about the reasons why I was dissatisfied, or if customer satisfaction is not a priority to you, you could have just told me that. Once again, I NEVER demanded a refund or a freebie, nor did I extort you. Again, I am not sure why you are making false accusations? Making false accusations against me is what is not ethical here.You mentioned that my call was 1.5 hours. Remember, the night before our call, you stated to me that if we go over, you do not charge anything extra? You stated that you do that for all your clients; therefore, I was not a special case; but thank you for that. Btw, what great cause did you donate to? I would love to know, because I hope it was a dog rescue organization as we both discussed our love for dogs.Lastly, I forgot to mention that Mia threatened to take this to her attorney if I continued “down this path”. What path are you talking about, Mia? Because again, you are making complete and utter false accusations. If you are in the business to threaten or intimidate people, then that is very disturbing to me and I am glad I am no longer your client. Like I wished you in my last email, I hope you find peace someday in all this.

Mia has done 2 readings for me and is the most accurate psychic I’ve ever used. She knew everything about me. When I had my first reading with her last year everything she said happened and I was astounded. This reading I just got has been so accurate so far. I don’t live in LA, she did mine over the phone and I can’t recommend her enough. My friends did a reading with her too and said she was so right it was insane. She’s worth every penny! 5 stars isn’t high enough. Anna has the ability to see more and deeper than anyone I have ever met or experienced – even the popular TV stars (although many of them are good as well). She is personable, honest and gets to the core of everything quickly. I have known Anna for 20+ years and never knew she was also a medium until recently. The gift of being a good medium can heal faster than any therapy, and I believe is valuable to the human tribe. Give her the name of who you want to speak to and she can tap them immediately without interference, as well as explain and answer questions for more clarification. She did this for me as a compassionate favor because I just recently lost my husband suddenly. He was my soulmate, as Anna told me many years ago, but I didn’t believe it for one second. Boy, was I wrong.All of her insights and valuable information have proven to be true. The only warning I can give is to not expect anyone to know exact time frames as situations and the variety of players in life take time to mold. Anna is unique.

Anna is beyond amazing! I’ve known her for 5 years now and she has guided me through many transitions I’ve faced. Anna was the first psychic I’ve ever visited and I have introduced her to many of my friends. Anna is able to give specific advice based on the situation you bring to her, and guide you in the right direction. She has the gift of clairvoyance and is able to define in detail how a sequence of events will come about. Even something as simple as asking her about someone’s influence on your life is very helpful, as she can tap into their energy and begin explaining information about that specific person and how their influence may affect you. The best part is that she can do phone readings and it’s the same as sitting with her in person. I met her when I lived in LA, and she’s been doing phone readings for me for the last two years since I’ve lived in NYC. Anna sees beyond the fabricated layers, down to the core truth of whatever situation is brought to her. Whatever you talk to her about, be prepared for the truth!
